Shipping & Returns Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Errors If we make an error with your order , we will arrange an exchange for the correct product billed at the correct product price and shipping if applicable. The original shipment error will be refunded 100% including cost of shipping if you paid any, when the products are returned to us.
Babies and Tots Style will not be responsible for any consequential damages as a result of our error or as a result of shipping delays due to courier or Customs delays. Our liability is specifically limited to the value of the product you purchased, not including shipping costs.
We reserve the right to request the product to be returned to us for inspection or correction. If you make an error when you place your order online , please email us IMMEDIATELY to make the correction. Once orders are processed and shipped, we will handle the error as an EXCHANGE.
A 15% restocking charge is applicable to returned products and the cost of shipping is not refunded. Personalization Following directions for personalizing specific products, requesting the correct spelling, correct dates and making certain the requested personalization is error-free in its entirety is the responsibility of the customer.
Items that are personalized incorrectly due to an error in the request are not considered defective and cannotbe returned or exchanged. Please double-check the accuracy of all personalization requests before completing your purchase.
Pricing and Product Stock Every effort is made to assure the accuracy and completeness of this website and its information. However, due to the nature of our business, we must reserve the right to make adjustments or corrections due to errors or omissions throughout this website.

The website inventory is updated daily; however, it is possible that items may be in stock when your order is placed, but out of stock when the order is packaged to send.

SHIPPING CHARGES Shipping charges below are for ground service within the 50 United States, and Canada. Depending on where you live, the shipment will take 8-12 working days to get to you.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS For international orders, shipping options and charges will be given prior to shipment. If you place the order on t he website, we'll send you the shipping charges via e-mail, Shipping charges do not include customs, duties or local taxes that may apply. Prices are in U.S. Dollars. (Canadian shipping charges are the same as ground U.S. shipping.)
RUSH ORDERS If you need fast delivery, please notify us via the Contact Us page .Give us your address and items to be ordered, and we will let you know the rush delivery charge. If you place your order through the website, the system will charge you ground U.S. shipping; the additional cost for Next Day delivery will be charged separately.
